On behalf of the entire staff at Fusepoint Managed Services, I want to wish you a successful and prosperous year ahead.
As we turn the page from one year to the next, it is a good time to reflect.
In 2007, Fusepoint had a record year from both growth and financial standpoints. In addition, we also made significant improvements across the organization to increase our effectiveness, scale for future expansion, and provide higher levels of service to our customers. |
As we begin to fully engage in 2008, I am excited about the year ahead. The Canadian economy remains solid and the market for our services continues to be strong as an increasing number of organizations realize the benefits of outsourcing their mission-critical IT infrastructure to specialized providers such as Fusepoint. There has also been a growing demand in the last year for our Fully Managed Services. In this offering, we procure, implement and completely manage systems right up to the business layer application. This lets our customers reduce capital expenses, mitigate risk and focus on other important aspects of their IT such as improving application effectiveness and supporting their internal users.
