In July 2001, M/C Venture Partners, a Boston, Massachusetts-based venture capital firm, invested US$20 million in Fusepoint Managed Services (formerly known as RoundHeaven Communications Inc.). In the fall of 2004, Fusepoint secured an additional US$11 million from M/C Venture Partners. This funding was used to fuel an aggressive growth strategy involving operations expansion and several key Canadian-based acquisitions.
